Head southeast of the Elk Jaw Lodge to find the secluded Salvage Camp

you’ll need to enter the water and follow the buoys

there are flares for you to follow underwater, don’t forget to come up for air

the final flare leads you to the key underwater

return to the camp and open the lockbox to find the stash.
