Find the key

You’ll find the garage southeast from Hope County Jail

head around back to find a barricade you can destroy and access a switch

enter the now open garage from the front and enter the door at the back

climb the crate to venture deeper into the back

beware the Wolverine when you drop down

the key will be hanging up in the restroom

climb the crates and shoot the lock on the hatch to exit

open the locked door now to find the stash.
