Head to the Lincoln Lookout Tower southwest of Rae Rae’s Pumpkin Farm

find the note on the side of the building at the top

use the zipline on the balcony

perform a small jump to continue the descent

carefully walk over the fallen log

the last zipline will take you into the silo

where the stash awaits.
