You’ll find the note on the Rattlesnake Trail Bridge

begin climbing the mountain following the path and using the grapple point

continue on and climb higher instead of going down

use the grapple point on the bridge and swing behind to continue on

two cultists await the other side of the bridge

descend the cliff and leap across the platforms before taking the last grapple to the summit

stealth takedown the three cultists here

the key can be found at the highest point of the wreckage

allowing you to open the lockbox and find the stash.
