Reach the interior of the building

Head to Dodd’s Dumps, north of Golden Valley Gas

climb the ladder on the trailer and jump across here

climb onto a container and jump across to another here

turn to your right and look up to find a grapple point

the power is off, head to the right of the flooded area

you’ll need to turn the power on with the switch outside

cross these pipes and climb the crate to reach the shelf on your way back to the door

jump into the fenced area to avoid the electrocuted water

one final jump takes you back to the now open door and the stash inside.
