Head to the Lansdowne Airstrip to find the note

turn around and head to the radio tower, using the grapple to climb to the top

leap from the top and open the parachute to land onto the roof

drop into the garage via the skylight

hit the switch on the side to open the door

not forgetting to claim your stash.
