Find the stash

Head to Howling Cave, northeast of Peaches Taxidermy to find the note

beware the two cultists at the entrance

a wolf awaits as you head inside the cave followed by another inside

look to your left as you enter to find a grapple point

take a leap into the water to climb out the otherside

use the safety of this rock to peak through and defeat three cultists

take the final grapple point in the room where you defeated the cultists

the stash awaits to the side of the helicopter.
