Find the mine’s entrance

Head south of Orville Creek to find the Wellington Residence

beware, three cultists greet you at the front

head inside and break the wooden boards to find a ladder

use dynamite found around the area to destroy the wooden structures

beware of four Angels lurking in the mines

shoot the wooden structures to your left to raise the water level and cross the gap

the stash awaits you at the end.
