you’ll find the key in the house should you not have the Pickpocket Perk

Open the door and head into the bunker

turn the power on at the far end of this bunker

Watch the fire in the area now, wait for it to go out before continuing

head down here once an explosion knocks the fence down

one final pipe stands in your way

the stash awaits inside.
