No matter which chapter you choose as Chapter 9, after completeing it you’ll get the Call from Nova 8 to inform you that you can now travel to Leronde Seahaven and Drellin.

While you can take on either section first, you should check out the job board to complete any quests that you can turn in instantly and then accept “The Debt - Part 2”, “Rideaux’s Request”, “Relaxing Leronde Lodge”, and “Meeting with Julius”.
