Hug the east wall as you run south to find a Venomous Stinger beside the water and then make your way west to check the southwest wall for a Mythril Circlet before you exit to the Southwest Region.

Head west along the north side of the area for a chest with a Gothic Guard and then check the southwest corner for a Cimera’s Mane before entering Milla’s Shrine.
