Head to Lakutam Seahaven by boat and then check the boxes in south corner of the area for Salmon x3 . Head back north and take the steps down to check more boxes with Tuna x2 inside and then enter the Inn. There is a “Twilight” Shochu on the table with the drinking sailor and then check to the south of the shops to find Licca the cat.
