If you grabbed the “What Could Have Been” job you can head to the train station and turn in the Tomato Omelette. If not, go to the Commercial District to grab it and then go to the train station.

Complete the What Could Have Been job to gain money for the Debt Repayment.

Return the Diner Employee’s Job Report to the job board to complete the quest and then accept any Torbalan Highroad jobs.
