Once you have found all 100 cats you can talk to Miss Kitty Catt in the Catts Den of Freres Apartments to learn that the collars contain hints to some special items in the world. There are a total of three items in the following location:

  • Kanbalar - Check the throne to find the Therapy Cat
  • Tatalian Abyss - Enter the hole in the south of B3F
  • Barnaur Highroad - Check the tree by the river on the north side of the Southwest Branch
