Where to Find Every Nevron Quest¶
There are a total of 10 Nevrons who need help in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and you’ll find the first of these, Jar, in the very first dungeon, Spring Meadows. Most of these play out the same way, you’ll encounter them, they’ll usually (but not all) ask for an item, and you’ll need to retrieve and return it to them to get your reward. Be sure you don’t choose to attack them, this will void you out of the ultimate reward and Achievement/Trophy down the line and is better saved for a New Game+ run. The table below will show you where you can find each Nevron and what you need to complete their quest:
Nevron | Location | How to Complete | Rewards |
---|---|---|---|
Jar | Abandoned Expedition Camp - Found sitting here | Give him the Resin found in the area beyond, then shoot his torch | Healing Tint |
Démineur | Flying Waters: Noco’s Hut - When at the area that leads to the ship, go right (when facing it) to find a tunnel that leads to it | Discover it’s missing a mine, jump across the platforms behind it, all the way to the other side where you’ll find the Intact Mine and return it | Deminerim weapon (Lune) |
Bourgeon | The Small Bourgeon - Can’t miss it when you enter this area (small white Nevron) | Wants a Bourgeon skin, you can get this by defeating any optional Bourgeon Nevron, such as the one in Flying Water’s Coral Cave. Refresh the area after returning it to get your reward | Colour of Lumina |
Hexga | Stone Wave Cliffs - Tide Caverns: Just before this flag | Hexga wants three rocks from the Tide Caverns up ahead | Auto Shell Pictos |
Troubador | Stone Quarry - This area is east of Forgotten Battlefield on the map | At the back of the quarry, the Troubador will do three trials. Pass the trials for the reward (speak to him again after completing it) | Healing Parry Pictos (Level 10) |
Portier Core | Esoteric Ruins - Near the entrance as ??? Core | Complete the maze and at the back you’ll find some Wooden Boards. Return to the Core and give it to them to complete the quest | Protecting Heal Pictos |
Water Fountain | Red Woods | You need to give it Chroma, first amount is 3000, second is 10,000, third is 25,000, and the final is 50,000 | Recovery Pictos |
Danseuse Teacher | Frozen Hearts | You need to complete a parry battle with it | Danseuse Outfit (Lune) |
Chalier | Floating Cemetary | He asks you what weapon he should use, then asks to meet you inside. After beating him, make sure you choose the option to end his life for the reward | Auto Powerful Pictos |
Blanche | The Fountain | Speak to Blanche after completing at least six of the quests to complete this quest | 100 Colour of Lumina |
Danseuse Teacher’s quest requires you to parry around 20 attacks of different speeds without failing.
Nevron Quest Rewards¶
As you can see from the table above, you’ll get rewards for completing each Nevron quest as you go along, some better than others. The ultimate reward for doing all of this, however, is that of the reward from Blanche, who hands over a whopping 100 Colour of Luminas which will go a long way of helping you kit out your team with powerful Lumina (such as equipping the expensive 40 LP Cheater on everyone for double turns). The rewards don’t end there, though, as once you complete the tenth and final Nevron quest (which may be Blanche if you’re following the order here), you’ll unlock the Aiding the Enemy Achievement/Trophy. This questline is one of the best ways of upping your Lumina Point total on New Game+ too, so don’t forget about it!
