This is a rather disappointing Materia that is far too situation to be of any use. When your limit gauge is full, you’ll be able to select Refocus which will give you a third ATB charge for the rest of the current battle or until you’re KO’ed. If you are to make use of this, consider giving it to Tifa where her supreme Speed stat will allow her to make the most of it.
