An interesting Materia that is far too limited in use due to the fact there are only four Enemy Skills in the game. The Luck stat increases the probability of learning a skill and beyond that, you’ll just need to wait until the enemy uses the skill in question. The skills themselves cost 2 ATB and you’ll find them under the abilities menu once you have Enemy Skill set.
