This Materia sounds useful in theory but it comes too late (Chapter 16) to be of any real use due to Gil not having that much use. You can’t use Items on Hard Mode so there’s no need to buy items and you should have all the accessories and Materia you need once you reach Chapter Select too making this a Materia that is wasted.
