Upon entering Chapter 7, Swift Solutions will have a minor update and have a few new citizens for you to scout. One of these is Candy, so pick this quest up with some Tokens (listed above) and seek her out in Broadleaf. She can be found in Upper Downtown, which is found up the stairs that’s past the elevator near the entrance. She’ll be by the tree, so speak with her to have Candy join your kingdom.
