Upon entering Chapter 7, Swift Solutions will have a minor update and have a few new citizens for you to scout. One of these is Daphne, so pick this quest up with some Tokens (listed above) and seek her out in Hydropolis. She will be found in Nautes Harbor, by where Glaucus previously was located. Speak with her to have her join your kingdom.
