Go into Pipit’s house – it is east of the river on Skyloft. Inside, you’ll find a dirty house and Pipit’s mother. Speak with her and she’ll complain about the utter uncleanliness of the home. Agree to help her out, then take out your Gust Bellows.
Start blowing the dust and dirt off of everything in the house – the floor, walls, furniture, lighting fixtures, everything. Once you finish, you’ll automatically be stopped and handed your rewards.
