This Shrine is unlocked by completing the Shrine Quest “Cliffside Etchings”. Learn more about it here.

Once you enter the Shrine, there is nothing to do since the trial was unlocking the Shrine in the first place. Open up the chest in front of you for a Diamond and then claim your Spirit Orb!
