While you wait for Milla to recover go find Alvin and then return to the manor.

After the events you will be in Sapstrath Highroad, but if you re-enter Sharilton and head to the manor you can talk to Elize for the sub event Teepo: Back in Action and Driselle for the sub event Cline and Driselle .
