Acquisition Method:

To obtain the Hungering Knot in Lords of the Fallen, follow these steps:

Begin in the Path of Devotion, starting from the Vestige of Dieter.
Proceed down the path, passing a large hill.
Continue down the path until you reach a second large hill.
In this area, you will encounter 3 Radiant Hounds and a Sin-Piercer.
Defeat these enemies and look for the Umbral Belly.
Soulflay the Umbral Belly to obtain the Hungering Knot.
