Blast Shards
As the last power obtained by Delsin, Concrete doesn’t get to shine much outside of one big instance. It is definitely the strongest power in the game, but it is lacking in a few aspects. It doesn’t have any ability to subdue enemies, is also missing a Karma Bomb and the upgrades don’t do much outside of making its basic abilities stronger. To drain Concrete in the environment, you must get it from defeated DUP enemies.
