To find this Toyz Van, go to the parking lot northwest of Kenji’s Casino. Basically, you’ll be using remote-controlled cars to try and blow up a bunch of Yakuza Stingers. Park the RC Car near one and let the sparks fly. You have two minutes to blow up as many as possible.
