Although this Raven is classified as being located in the Shores of Nine region, you’ll need to travel to the Niflheim Tower to reach it. Once there, ride the elevator to the top and you’ll spot a Mystic Gateway. Peer over to the side and you’ll spot the Raven perched on teh washed up remains of a ship.
