How to find / Location
You need to complete the Tolled To Rest Quest, which starts along the eastern road leading to the Ancient Battlefield. Complete the quest, and take him to the Cenotaph Room for him to ring the bell. When the quest completes, he will give you an 
Ancient Battleground Keyt, which you can use to open the locked door to the left of the cenotaph room slightly down the corridor. Opening the door leads to two chests, with one containing the 
Infernal Edge.

Complete the Tolled for Rise quest to get a key that unlocks this room. Once inside, the weapon is in the chest near the back wall.

Open the locked room using the Ancient Battlefield Key to get to this chest.
