The 
Masked Correspondence is a quest that begins in Sven’s Room of 
Vernworth Palace. He tasks you with delivering a letter to a noble in the Masquerade, wearing a blue cloak, with no mane attire and a mask. Hand him the letter and return to Sven in his bedroom to complete the quest.
