Talk to Steafan if you want then head up to Colbert to turn in a quest. Go to the Chantry and check the records in the back for a quest update. Head outside the walls of the city and check the second house on the left for some packed earth containing a Ring of Subtlety. Now that the short stop is over, head to the Wending Wood.
