Blackroot wants you to gather all 69 special stones scattered across the game’s four worlds. You can find a list of all 69 stones in the Collectible guide area below - The Stone locations can be found in our collectables section of this guide.
Collecting these and returning to Blackroot enables you to hand in a combination of any three for various stat boosts to improve Death’s base attributes.

Once you have found and returned all of the stones to Blackroot, you will have completed the side-quest. You will earn the legendary weapon Guillotine for your trouble along with a good sum of XP and gilt.
