The Momentum legendary one-handed mace can inflict massive amounts of damage, with one of the highest base damage stats for any one-handed weapon. It also comes with the Shieldsmash perk, which ensures that it negates any defensive capabilities of a shield.
How to Obtain
You can get the Momentum mace as a loot drop from the 
Risen Bones boss at 
Blacksail Harbor on the Isle of Siptah.
