In-game Description
Before its fall, Acheron was ruled by a theocracy of foul necromancers under their master Xaltotun. Projecting and enacting the will of Xaltotun fell to the Legates, a faction of theurgical warriors dedicated to mastering (and balancing) both the martial and dark arts.
