Mr. Resetti will suggest the Reset Surveillance Centre (RSC) after you quit without saving for the first time. The RSC will only open if it has snowed or rained in the town the day before you visit.

The RSC will open in the evening when the weather is clear. Continuously visiting the RSC will cause Resetti and his brother, Don, to give you pictures.
