A relic axe of the Omnissiah, deadly combination of both weapon and tool, that served Magos Domino Philaxalta in eradicating a race of blasphemous xenos inhabiting the worlds in the Rifts of Hecaton. This great feat was the Explorator Cognisance Fleet’s first military victory.
