Description
Start by launching yourself from the 
Rospro Pass Skyview Tower, then gliding to a nearby island with the floating platform that has a 
Balloon on it. Use those to reach the island with the shrine on it, then go inside. This shrine will give you various tips and tricks on using a shield for more than just defense. You will have a shield with a 
Flame Emitter on it, another with a stone slab, then one with a 
Rocket.
