Description
You can find the NPC (Pulcho) with this side quest at the device dispenser, just west of 
Tarrey Town. He is perplexed by the machine in front of him and is curious as to what it does. You will know it’s a Zonai device dispenser, so place some 
Zonai Charges into it to make some devices come out of it. As soon as the items come out, you will be finished with the quest.
