You met 
Loone near 
East Akkala Stable. She loves things that exude ancient mystique and is en route to see the fossil of a third extinct leviathan in the Gerudo region.
Description
Automatically obtained upon completion of 
Hebra’s Colossal Fossil.
Like before, Loone will add a new location to your map: the 
Gerudo Great Skeleton. It’s south-west from the 
Lightning Temple. Like the Hebra skeleton, this skeleton is inside a cave.
You should spot Loone by a 
Campfire again. She’ll point out a baby skeleton, but it’s missing two body parts.
Climb up the big skeleton’s head and use 
Bomb Flowers etc. to destroy the cracked rocks, revealing the torso/ribcage. Then nearby on the ground, look for a bunch of sand mounds–a tail bone is found half-buried. Use 
Ultrahand to grab it.
Now glue together the three bones with Ultrahand. Once you’re happy, speak to Loone to hopefully receive your prize: a 
Purple Rupee. Thus concludes the colossal fossil saga!
