Description
This is interesting… Nestor, the kingpin of 
Garbage, has vanished without a trace. It seems like everyone involved in the Scanner scheme is in trouble. Even Diode, the kingpin’s technician henchman, is in some serious hot water. I should meet him at the Slag Heap and find out what he knows.
