Description
Based on Y’sai reports regarding the Vanguard’s injuries, it appears to be the work of a Tempered 
Balahara. It must be hunted before anyone else gets hurt.
Other Info
One interesting note about this quest is that it begins with a full moon. Certain valuable materials, like 
Nightflower Pollen can only be found at night in a full moon Lunar Phase.
