“You come upon a broken-down car by the roadside. Help get it back on the road by bringing a repair kit.”
Description
To complete a sidequest, find a stranded man with a broken car by a roadside parking lot. The location is south of 
Coernix Station - Alstor, where a left turn leads to the crossroads. Give the man a 
Repair Kit to finish the quest, or buy one at the station if needed.
