• Head to the Valley of the Strayed in the Untamed Scarps region of the Dry Steppes to find a book, starting this Quest.

In-Game Description

I found a hint about how to honor the customs of the Steppes, “Though timeworn, you endure. Before your colorful kin, I say: Yes, I keep our traditions!”

I honored the old traditions of the Dry Steppes, and a hidden chest appeared. I should open it.
