Inside the cave. From the entrance flag, hug the right wall and follow it. When you ascend a slope, use the grapple point at the tip. Use the second grapple point, then progress forward, past a lantern on the rocky ground and follow the path around to the right. You’ll reach what appears to be a dead end, but if you’re observant enough, you’ll notice a small hole in the floor, just big enough for you to fit through. Drop down the hole to grab the record, which the eagle-eyed among you will have spotted on your way into the cave. Very satisfying.
