Optional Bosses can be found on the world map and inside the many fields and dungeons that you can find scattered across 
The Continent. If you enter into an encounter with an enemy and see a name bar at the top of the screen, you know you’re in for a tougher fight than ususal. Chromatic enemy variants like this one are supercharged versions of enemies you fight elsewhere, and offer better rewards than the regular variants.

Inside the cave. From the entrance flag, hug the right wall and follow it. Ignore the grapple point and push forward, you’ll see the beautiful blue glow before you see the slightly less beautiful boss.
