Description
This staff is slightly weaker than 
Markoheshkir, with it granting the spell slot restoration, making it a very stong staff for any casters, essentially granting a free 6th level spell slot for blasting.
Location / Where to Find
Located inside the House of Hope. Look towards a vault opposite the Boudoiur and then pass a Wisdom Check against the Infernal Gem. You then need to pass a 20 Arcana check to use the Control Gem. Passing both allows you access to the Vault and you can grab the staff to the right near the pedestal.
Effects/Special Abilities
- Arcane Battery: Alleviate the arcane burden of spellcasting with the power of this staff. The next spell you cast doesn’t cost a spell slot.
