It’s never the shield that kills you - but hearing your frantic steel thudding uselessly against reinforced oak in the darkness is a good sign the end is near.

Effects/Special Abilities

Darkness Cloak: Creates a Cloud of Darkness and immediately attempts to Hide. It lasts 2 turns, costs a bonus action, and resets on a Short Rest.

Location / Where to Find

Drops from the Dark Justiciar who is turned into a rat at the base of the large Shar statue in the Gauntlet of Shar. Players can jump down here using Feather Fall. (X: -721 Y: -723). It drops alongside the Justiciar’s Scimitar.
