The Fistbreaker Helm is a Rare helmet in Baldur’s Gate 3 that is especially helpful for caster classes and when a boost to initiative is needed, which it so often is.

High Spellcasting: You gain a +1 bonus to spell Save DC.
Seldom Caught Unawares: You gain a +1 bonus to Initiative Rolls.
